Payment Policy

In order to keep the price of gas as low as possible, it is important to us that you pay your bill within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. If you pay within five (5) days of delivery, you can enjoy a five cent ($.05) per gallon discount. The Delivery Ticket you receive when gas is delivered will serve as your invoice. If all charges are not paid within thirty (30) days from the date of the charge, interest will accrue at 1.5% per month (18% APR).

A $25 service charge will be made on all returned checks.

We always do our best to keep prices down however, gas prices are subject to change without notice according to market conditions.

Budget Plan

While we can't predict the weather, we can help you forecast your month-to-month home heating costs.

As a credit-approved, automatic delivery customer, you can sign up for our Easy Energy Payment Plan. You get 12 predictable, easy-to-manage payments based on your usage during the past year. Avoid the inconvenience of big midwinter bills by spreading your heating costs over 12 months.

Pre-Buy Program

We offer a pre-buy program to protect you from potential price increases during the winter season. You can pre-buy at a locked in preseason price in a quantity suitable to your winter consumption. You must purchase at least 100 gallons. You may pre-buy up to October 1st. Pre-buy deliveries will begin with the first delivery of the season and continue until your gallons are consumed. Any unused gallons after March of the following year will remain as a credit toward future purchases.
